OVERNIGHT FLOWS: Treasuries were slightly lower overnight with a variety of data – the net of which was consistent with a continued sideways economic grind.  Overnight volumes were firm with cash trading at 110% of the 10-day moving-average, with TY coming in at 99% of norms.  5s were the most active issue, taking a 37% marketshare, while 10s took 34% — a high concentration in the belly as 7s added 9%.  2s and 3s managed to get a combined 14%, at 4% and 10%, respectively.
