The movements in the FX market are incredible. One friend just read me something which he has received from an fx trader which said that the only things that anyone desires to own are the US dollar, the Japanese Yen, gold, bottled water and bullets!!!

Unbelievable currency moves today. Fortunately, I did more right than wrong, selling Yen at 1.0040, and scalping five big figures in the Mexican peso. I thought I did well to cover Australian dollar futures at .7180, but then they fell to .6950!

I have never understood gold as an end of the world trade. We trade it but for the end of the world I like the guns, ammo, and food trade better. I guess long lead and brass.

    Love your blog,
    Dave
