OVERNIGHT FLOWS:  Treasuries were under pressure overnight on a mix of economic data.  Overnight volumes were strong for a Monday with cash trading at 94% of the 10-day moving-average, while TY came in at 119% of norms.  5s were the most active issue, taking a 37% marketshare, while 10s took 25% and 2s just 17%.  3s managed to get just 10%, while 7s took 6%.  We’ve heard of  central bank buying in the belly of the curve, as well as most fast-money selling in the long-bond.
