AmerisourceBergen to Sell $400 Million of Debt as Soon as Today

Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) — AmerisourceBergen Corp., a
distributor of pharmaceuticals, plans to sell $400 million of 10-
year senior notes as soon as today, according to a person
familiar with the transaction.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are
underwriting the transaction, said the person, who declined to
be identified because terms aren’t set

United Air Lines to Sell $810 Million of Notes Due in 2017, 2018

Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) — United Air Lines Inc. plans to sell
$810 million of notes in a two-part offering, according to a
person familiar with the transaction.
The sale will be split between $697.7 million of debt with a
final maturity in 2018, and $112.6 million of notes with a final
maturity in 2017, said the person, who declined to be identified
because terms aren’t set.
